Service Agreement and Refund Policy
Welcome! By booking a trip with Oh She Travels (“we/us”), you (“you/Client”) agree to these terms.
Our Services
We plan and book trips tailored to your preferences. Services may include:
· Custom trip planning and itineraries
· Booking flights, hotels, cruises, and more
· Optional concierge support
Payment
· Payment is due before work begins.
· Prices are based on travelers, trip complexity, and requested services.
Travel services and deliverables remain pending until payment is received. Invoices are due within 28 days. Client agrees that amounts not paid by the due date may be charged to the payment method provided or may result in cancellation of the services.
Revisions
· Packages include a set number of revisions; extra revisions incur a fee.
· Premium packages include unlimited revisions before departure.
Refunds & Cancellations
· Consultation fees are non-refundable.
· Planning/booking fees are non-refundable once work begins.
· Cancel before work starts and we’ll refund fees minus a 10% admin charge.
· Third-party bookings follow supplier refund policies.
Your Responsibilities
· Provide accurate travel info promptly.
· Respond to emails/messages quickly.
· Confirm personal documents (passport, visas).
Liability
· We are your travel planner and assistant.
· We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or travel incidents.
· Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Changes
· Changes after work begins may cost extra.
· We may cancel services if info or payment is not provided.
Acceptance
By booking or paying, you confirm you’ve read and agree to these terms.
